Time for shave ice with ice cream and other stuff!

Almost seeing a sunset at Salt Pond Beach Park...

Today, we also had a chatty welcome at the West Kauai Visitor Center, saw Waipa'a Falls, had cornbread and chile, Loco Moco
and a museum at Kake'e Lodge, and a very rainy Pu'u a Kila Lookout (wettest point on the island). What a first day!

Kilauea Point National Refuge and LIghthouse

Got up to Hanalei Bay and wanted to reach the pier, but there was a strong storm last April which washed away the pier
 and several houses.

Had supper at Federico's Fresh Mex Cuisine, then shopped at the ABC store, other shops in Hanalei Bay then WalMart.
